Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I donât need tissue paper but it makes me feel like Iâve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. I ordered a couple of shirts at first and loved the way they fit and my problem areas…..well lets just say your shirts made me feel sexy for once in my life.
